How do I view a Livestream?
When you buy your tickets it includes a private viewing link where you can watch the event, this will be in an email titled ORDER CONFIRMATION – check your spam if you don’t see it.
Please ensure you have adequate internet speeds to allow for a live stream. Our events are streamed well above industry standards. Unfortunately we cannot control how fast and steadily you receive a live stream, each internet plan, device is individual to each user.
If you get a player error, please try refreshing your browser, or close the window and go back to it.
I didn’t get a confirmation/email
Please check to make sure you entered the correct email and check your JUNK or SPAM folder.
Purchasing Pay Per View – Accounts
In order to offer a secure Pay Per View Experience, you are required to setup an account on our secure site.
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.
All sales are final unless the event is cancelled, at which time you will be offered either a credit if the event is rescheduled, or a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your Refund request, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If your Refund is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: a credit for the price of the ticket(s) if the event is postponed, a refund if the event is cancelled, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the Refund or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
